| Richard Bolton, 47, a qualified chartered secretary and a graduate of the University of Liverpool, is managing director of Galileo Fund Services Limited. He began his career in fund administration with Global Asset Management ("GAM") in 1990, and then moved to Mees Pierson (now Fortis) in 1993 to assist in the development of its fund administration capability.In 1998 he was hired by the Bank of Bermuda (now HSBC) to set up and operate its fund administration section in the Isle of Man. Having successfully built the business he moved in 2004 to Anglo Irish Bank to establish its fund administration business. In May 2007 Richard formed a part of the management team which undertook a management buyout of Anglo Irish Fund Services Limited, now renamed Galileo Fund Services Limited. |

| Ian Dungate, 46, a qualified chartered accountant and a graduate of the University of the West of England is a director of Galileo Fund Services Limited. He has worked in the Fund Administration industry for over 16 years, at CIBC and Bank of America in the Cayman Islands and Abacus Financial Services Limited and Anglo Irish Fund Services Limited in the Isle of Man. He was instrumental in the development of the fund business at Abacus before joining Anglo Irish Fund Services Limited as Fund Administration Manager in April 2005. In May 2007 Ian formed a part of the management team which undertook a management buyout of Anglo Irish Fund Services Limited, now renamed Galileo Fund Services Limited. |

Larry Kearns is Chairman of Anglo Irish Bank (International) Plc and its subsidiaries in the Isle of Man. Prior to that he was Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in the Isle of Man from 1990 to 2002. After the sale of the Ernst & Young fiduciary business in 2002 to Anglo Irish Trust Co Ltd, he became an executive director of that company. On his retirement in 2004 he assumed the position of Chairman. Subsequently, Anglo Irish Trust Company Limited and Anglo Irish Fund Services Limited were each the subject of a Management Buyout (MBO) and Larry remained as Chairman of both of the resultant independent Companies, namely Equiom and Galileo Fund Services Limited. Larry was Chairman of the Isle of Man Society of Chartered Accountants in 1988 and President of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce from 1991-1993. |

| Peter Pell-Hiley has an economics degree from Exeter University and is a Chartered Accountant. He was, for 20 years, managing partner of KPMG in the Isle of Man until his retirement in 2003. He co-owns Arpeggio Limited, an HR consulting firm which specialises in change management, is an appointed Member of The Isle of Man Insurance and Pensions Authority and holds non-executive director positions at Nationwide International Limited and RLC Group Limited. |
